Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by CREAIM INC (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means all services provided by the Company.
• "Member" means a person who has accessed the Service, agreed to these Terms, and entered into a service agreement with the Company.
• "ID" means a combination of letters and numbers set by the Member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes of Terms)

• These Terms take effect for all members who wish to use the Service.
• The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of relevant laws and regulations if necessary.
• When the Terms are changed, the Company will announce the changes at least 7 days before the effective date.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

The Company provides the following digital software services:

• Dr. CREAIM — Runtime Computing-based decision validation service (SaaS subscription)
• Runtime State construction and execution-path analysis from user conditions
• Failure Elimination, G-Score, and result reporting
• Other digital software services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Subscription and Billing)

Subscription services are provided under the following terms:

• Currently published paid plans are monthly subscriptions; the checkout page controls the actual price and renewal terms.
• To stop renewal, request cancellation before the next billing date through the Paddle customer portal or contact@creaim.ai.
• The effective cancellation date and access during the current billing period depend on subscription status and Paddle processing.
• Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy and applicable law.
• Account and service data is handled for the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• Payments are processed through Paddle.

Article 6 (Member Obligations)

• Members must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms, usage guidelines, and notices related to the Service when using the Service.
• Members may not use information obtained through the Service or provide it to third parties without prior consent from the Company.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights in all content provided through the Service (text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) belong to the Company.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, or service interruptions by telecommunications providers.
• The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the Member's own fault.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and customary practices. Disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
