Powered by Paddle International Payments

Paid CREAIM subscriptions are processed through Paddle. Payment, tax, and refund handling may vary by country, payment method, and Paddle policy.

Refund Requests and Eligibility

Refund eligibility is confirmed after reviewing payment and usage status.

Refund requests are reviewed based on payment timing, service usage, applicable consumer law, and Paddle processing rules. Where mandatory consumer rights provide greater protection, those rights prevail.

How to Request a Refund

  • •Email contact@creaim.ai with your registered email address
  • •Subject: [Refund Request] + your email
  • •Include the payment date and transaction information when available
  • •Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; posting times vary by payment provider
  • •Where available, you may also submit a request through the Paddle customer portal

Paddle Payment System

CREAIM uses Paddle to process international payments. Available payment methods, receipts, tax documents, and checkout behavior may vary by region and Paddle account configuration.

  • •Use the payment methods presented in the checkout flow
  • •Tax handling follows applicable regional requirements and Paddle policy
  • •For payment issues, contact Paddle support or contact@creaim.ai

Cancellation

You may request cancellation through the Paddle customer portal or contact@creaim.ai. The effective cancellation date and access through the current billing period depend on subscription status and Paddle processing.

Data After Cancellation

Account and service data is handled for the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law, then deleted or anonymized when the retention basis ends. For data requests, contact contact@creaim.ai.
