Article 1 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

CREAIM INC (the "Company") processes personal information for the following purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and service delivery
• Subscription/payment status checks and customer support
• Service security, error analysis, and quality improvement
• Marketing communications only where separate consent has been provided

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected)

The Company processes personal information only as needed to provide the Service:

• Required for account registration: email address and authentication information
• Optional or inquiry-provided data: name, contact details, company/organization, job title, inquiry content
• When voice input is used: recorded audio may be uploaded to Base44 private storage for speech-to-text processing and accessed through a short-lived signed URL. Runtime decision logic receives the transcribed text, not the original audio.
• When the user explicitly enables the optional Native wake-phrase feature: an Android microphone foreground service waits for the “Doctor CREAIM/닥터크레임” wake phrase and may use the device Android speech-recognition service. Recognition behavior may depend on device and speech-provider settings; after wake, the recognized question text is passed into the Dr.CREAIM decision flow. Wake standby is shown with an ongoing notification and can be disabled immediately from the notification or app.
• Service-generated data may include connection information, usage records, error/security logs, and Runtime usage counts
• Payment information is processed by payment providers such as Paddle; CREAIM may receive necessary transaction and subscription-status data

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)

The Company retains personal information within the period required by law:

• Member information: Until membership withdrawal
• Original voice audio: processed in private storage for transcription; the signed access URL expires after a short period. Actual storage retention/deletion may be governed by service-infrastructure settings and provider policy. Deletion requests may be sent to contact@creaim.ai.
• Records related to contracts or withdrawal: 5 years
• Records related to payment and goods supply: 5 years

Article 4 (Destruction of Personal Information)

The Company will promptly destroy personal information when it is no longer necessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose.

Article 5 (Rights of Data Subjects)

Data subjects may exercise the following rights against the Company at any time:

• Request to access personal information
• Request correction of errors
• Request deletion
• Request suspension of processing
